Membership
"Sharing our faith, Growing our family"

St. Marks is a diverse and inclusive community of the Family of God in Jesus Christ. If you are looking for a new church home, we invite you to become a part of this community of faith and our mission in the world.  We offer many opportunities for community involvement, education, spiritual development and fellowship.

What do I do to become a member of St. Mark’s?

St. Mark’s offers New Member / Inquirer classes throughout the year. Please call the church office at (520) 325-1001 or email Eileen Bates to find out when the next class is being offered.  These classes offer the opportunity to learn the basics of the Christian faith, what it means to be a Presbyterian, and to become acquainted with our church and its ministries. Persons may enter into active membership by profession of faith in Jesus Christ, reaffirmation of faith in Jesus Christ, or by certificate of transfer from another Christian church.

New members are received and welcomed by the congregation during morning worship services. The sacrament of baptism, for children and adults, is an important sign of God’s love and nurture in joining the community of faith.

To learn more about joining the St. Mark’s church family, or to obtain additional information about our programs or services, please call the church office at 325-1001.
